Work experience
Immediately after completing my studies, I entered the world of recruitment. I started my career at the staffing agency TMC, where I worked as an account manager for 5 years. Subsequently, I worked as a commercial manager for microreactors at Chemtrix for nearly 3 years.
In response to market demand for the placement of permanent jobs in the chemical and life sciences sectors, I started Chemploy in 2014. Through Chemploy, I focus on connecting professionals and companies in the chemical, food, pharmaceutical, medical devices, and biotech sectors in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, and I mediate in roles in the fields of engineering, science, commerce, and management.
