Work experience
After my studies, I started working at DSM. I was a business analyst in the Innovation Center, involved in investments DSM made in start-ups and innovative technologies and ideas. Subsequently, I worked in management consultancy, first as an organizational advisor at Tibbe Company and later at KPMG, where I focused on healthcare.
Through my work as a management consultant, I was heavily involved in change projects in the healthcare sector. Partly due to the importance I saw of ‘the human side of change’ and how crucial it is to involve employees and professionals in the successful implementation of change, I decided to develop myself into a coach. To expand my expertise, I completed a Master’s program in Coaching in Oxford. I now primarily coach young professionals: www.maaiketaconis.com
